Education in civic and ethical values ​​is a necessary requirement both for the active and responsible exercise of citizenship and for the development of moral autonomy and personality of Compulsory Secondary Education students. Hence the need for all civic or values ​​education to be pierced by that reflective and critical exercise on individual and collective morality that philosophical ethics represents.
